We’ve all heard the stories about people who retire and, after a few years, find they’re money is not going as far as it used to.  Between inflation and unanticipated expenses, creating extra income in retirement becomes something many people begin to focus on.  The most common solution, of course, is to find a traditional job and there is nothing wrong with that.  But hopefully, if that is the route you take, it will be a job that interests you – something that is aligned with one of your interests or hobbies.  Golfers find part-time work at a golf course and people who love gardening find work at a nursery.  Finding a job in an area that you have an interest in will make the time you spend at work much easier and more pleasant.
